Processing Window: We process all verified records requests within fifteen (15) business days of receipt, in accordance with the Texas Medical Practice Act.

Fees: Fees for production, if applicable, are strictly limited to reasonable, cost-based fees allowed under Texas law and federal HIPAA guidelines. If a fee applies to your specific request, you will be notified of the exact cost before the records are compiled.

How to File an Official Consumer Complaint
